ASPSunrooms Patio Rooms
	ASPSunrooms, warrants to the original resident purchaser that any room is free of manufacturing and/or material defects. This warranty applies to the room under normal use and service, subject to the conditions and limitations herein listed, and as long as the original resident purchaser resides in the home in which the product was installed. ASPSunrooms' liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair and replacement of nonconforming goods or parts. ASPSunrooms shall not be responsible for breach of this warranty. This warranty covers only those manufacturing and material defects as specified herein and does not include defects or damages attributable to improper installation, use or maintenance; normal weathering; highly corrosive environments; defects caused by accident, fire, flood, acts of God, vandalism, riot or civil disorder; building settlement or structural failures of walls, roofs or foundations; stresses or condensation resulting from excess water vapor that has no means of escape. Aluminum Extrusions The aluminum extrusions are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of deliver by PGT. Should the aluminum fail after year 10 as a result of defects described above, PGT will charge the purchaser, and the purchaser shall pay, a fixed price for the material at that time, according to the following formula: Years 11 through 15 - 50% Years 16 through 20 - 70% Years 21 through 25 - 80% Years 26 and on - 90%		Expanded Polystyrene Panels The panels are warranted to be free of blistering, chipping, cracking, crazing, peeling or delamination for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery by PTG. Should they fail after year 10 as a result of defects described above, PGT will charge a fixed price for the repair at that time, according to the formula listed under aluminum extrusions. Claims Any claims for defect under this warranty must be submitted promptly after discovery to the dealer from whom the room was purchased. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation of remedies for a breach of warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
